Radu Brinzan is a master modeller with a well-earned reputation for quality and detail, as typified by his recent master for the amazing MDC 1/32 scale Ki-61.

Radu's newest release continues to cover wheels wells for 1/32 scale Messerschmitt Bf 109 kits This latest wheel well is for the Hasegawa 1/32 scale Bf 109 K-4.

This new set comprises around 70 parts on a single photo-etched fret. Parts for the outboard undercarriage doo (unique to the K-4) and the wheel wells are included.

The small but well detailed instruction leaflet describes the construction process. The biggest challenge will be executing clean curved folds for the various pressed reinforcement channels. A technique for achieving this is included in the instruction, but I recommend practicing on scrap before applying it to the conversion parts.

Raised detail will need to be removed from the kit wheel well before installing the photo-etched parts. The two locating holes in the top of the wing will need to be filled too.

Detail on the parts is superb.

This is an authentically detailed set which wil greatly enhance the underside of your Bf 109 kits. You will need previous experience working with photo-etched parts, but the results should be spectacular.

Highly Recommended to experienced modellers.
