Airfix's 1/48 scale Bf 109 E-4/E-7 is available online from Squadron

Here is my latest build. It is the Airfix 1/48 scale Messerschmitt Bf 109 E-4/B of 8./JG 53 flown by Walter Fiel, which crash-landed in the Kent in October 1940.

The new Airfix offering is definitly a modern kit with nice details. It is very pleasant and easy to build. Propeller, guns and exhausts are replacement parts from Ultracast or Quickboost. The central canopy part comes from a Tamiya kit.

This build will appear in a future issue of the French magazine Wingmasters.
