Xtradecal has recently released a new 1/72 scale decal sheet for ten Boulton Paul Defiant Mk.I and Mk.II aircraft.

The decal sheet includes national markings and specialised markings for the ten schemes.

A nice selection of different schemes and markings are offered, including the Day Fighter Scheme of Dark Green, Dark Earth and Sky, overall black night fighters, and even the Temperate Sea Scheme finish of Extra Dark Sea Grey, Dark Slate Grey and Sky (sometimes unkindly but understandably called Sludge and Slime).

Instructions for the decal sheet are in full colour across a folded A4 sheet. Upper, lower and both side views are provided for all aircraft.

Colour notes are also supplied, along with model paint callouts for Xtracolor enamels and Xtracrylix acrylics.

The decals are beautifully printed and feature thin carrier film.

All the unique markings and a good range of national markings are packed onto the single full-sized decal sheet.
