FirstLook

Brengun has produced a very detailed, and fairly complex photo-etch set to improve the interior of the Hasegawa Fw-190D kit.

There are 110 parts on two photo-etched frets.

The detail on the etch is crisp and well represented.

Along with these sheets is a clear plastic film with instrument detail for the main panel, side panels as well as a piece for the gun sight reflector. The main instrument panel involves the adding of instrument bezels individually with some 20 parts involved, but when completed should provide you with a most realistic looking instrument panel.

The gunsight has 10 parts plus film in its construction which could be overkill because of the small size of the completed item.

Also offered is the complete etched seat, armoured panels for the pilot, the back deck and front coaming.

Conclusion

This is a very detailed and high quality photo-etch set for the Fw 190 D Interior that has been produced by Brengun.  And whilst it is labelled as being for the Hasegawa kit I’m sure it could be used with the Revell offerings.

Highly recommended for builders of the lovers of large scale 190 Ds.

Thanks to Brengun for the review samples.
