Hasegawa's 1/72 scale F-117A Nighthawk is available online from Squadron

Here is my rendition of Hasegawa's 1/72 scale F-117 "Gray Dragon"

Actually, I'm not a particular fan of the F-117, Hasegawa's "Gray Dragon" version (Kit Nr.00833) really impressed me a lot. The two tone grey camouflage looks quite unique on this odd aircraft.

So I just built this kit straight from the box to add an odd looking aircraft to my collection.

The decals in the kit are not printed well - some granules are too big and obvious. I therefore tried masking instead of using the decal in some places.

I used GSI Mr.Color lacquer paints, according to the instruction sheet.

This built cost me only about 7 hours and I got a lot of fun,which was quite different from some serious detailing or conversion projects.

I can recommend this kit to all who might be interested in this Hawk.
