ICM's 1/72 scale Polikarpov I-16 is available online from Squadron.com

Here is my little 1/72 scale ICM Polikarpov I-16 Rata.

This model is very good with engine parts included that I have improved a little bit.

You have to take care when fitting the undercarriage parts in order to ensure the correct alignment. The same may be said of the engine parts.

I improved the cockpit too, but after the fuselage halves were joined you can only see the seat and its harness. I recommend to open the access little doors to the cockpit just to show a little bit more details of this diminutive Soviet 'fly' .

I used Vallejo to paint the green and Humbrol to paint the blue.

I didn't like the red starts from ICM, so I would say that is better to replace them.
