Hasegawa’s 1/72 scale Japanese bombers continually amaze me with their accuracy and detail.  

I had collected most of the really old Revell and LS kits which have now been consigned to my for sale list due to the release of kits such as the Nell, Peggy, Helen, Rita etc.

Hasegawa’s 1/72 scale G3M Nell fits together so well that I used absolutely no filler.  

The cockpit detail and wheel well detail is sufficient for this small scale.

Because Japanese canopy framing is quite intricate, I would recommend using a commercially available die-cut masking set for painting as it took me about 3 hours to mask using Tamiya masking tape.

The kit is finished in Xtracolor Japanese IJN Brown, Green and Grey and the kit decals were used.  A delight to build.
