Trumpeter's 1/32 scale Messerschmitt Me 262 B-1a/U1 is available online from Squadron

Here is my 1/32 scale Trumpeter Messerschmitt Me 262 B-1a/U1 Nachtjäger "Rote 10", attached to 10./NJG 11.

It took about 6 month to finish the model.

Squadron Signal's Walk Around #42 was my main source for detailing the Jumo 004 engine, gear and cockpit.

It was difficult to find picture references of the plane's camouflage in black and white, and impossible to find any in colour before it was captured by Watson's Whizzers. So this model can only be a interpretation or conclusion about various facts and informations.

Some information arrived just as the model was finished - the version of the forward landing gear, for example. Too late for changes, of course!

The whole model is built straight from the box, with only the addition of some rod, streched sprue and brass sheet.

For the photos, I printed some pictures from older german airfields and just placed it behind the model. Then I took the Shots and ran it through a photoshop-like Program.
