Here is my artwork of the Republic P-47D-30-RA from 201 Squadron, Fuerza Aerea Expedicionaria Mexicana (F.A.E.M.) Mexican Expeditionary Air Force based at Porac A.B. Philippines a part of US 58th Fighter Group.

This unit fought principally in the Luzon & Mindanao area against the 14th Imperial Japanese Army under the orders of General Tomoyuki Yamashita in the last stage of Pacific Campaign during April 1945.

This artwork was created in 2006 totally on my Mac, emulating the techniques of Mr. Shigeo Koike Master - no 3D software!

This work form part of future book dedicated to Fuerza Aerea Mexicana.
