Aires continues its prolific release schedule with a number of recent releases in 1/72 scales.

Casting quality of both sets is perfect.

Aires 7219 - MiG-21F-13 Wheels and Painting Masks

This is a straightforward replacement for the main and nose wheels of Revell's nice little MiG-21F-13 kit.

Aires thoughtfully supplies self-adhesive painting masks for both sides of each wheel hub.

Aires 7220 - F-14D Tomcat Cockpit Set (pictured at top of page)

Aires' has released a 1/72 scale F-14D Tomcat cockpit suitable for Hasegawa's small scale kit.

The set comprises only 14 resin parts plus a small photo-etched fret but detail is not compromised, even in this small scale. Tiny details and undercuts are cast as part of the one-piece cockpit, while harness straps, instruments and truly tiny details are provided on the included photo-etched fret. A printed acetate sheet is also supplied.
