Review Type: |
First Look. |
Advantages: |
Handy supplement for finishing models of USAF and Israeli Air Force F-16s. |
Disadvantages: |
None apparent. |
Conclusions: |
These decals are probably most useful for finishing Israeli machines where stencils in Hebrew script are required, as presumably most kits feature US-style markings in English for their drop-tanks.
I am happy to recommend this decal set. |

Background
Armycast M&M’s website introduction gives a brief background of the company's four members. They obviously take pride in their products, and proclaim that they believe “their products will speak to you.” Armycast M&M offer an interesting range of products in 1/72, 1/48 and 1/35 scales; and I encourage readers to take the time to check out their website. images to do most of the talking.
Decal Set
The two accompanying images really make a lengthy description unnecessary.
The decal sheet comes in small zip-lock plastic bag with a paper header enclosed. The header identifies the location of the markings for the F-16’s 300-gallon and 370-gallloon drop-tanks. US and Israeli stencils are provided, and there are “bonus” decals for the LAU-114 launch rail for the AIM-9 missile. The decals appear to be nicely printed. For some reason they are recommended for the Hasegawa kit, but no doubt they will prove suitable for other brands of F-16 kit as well.
