Trumpeter's 1/32 scale P-38L Lightning is available online from Squadron.com

Here is my Trumpeter 1/32 scale P-38J/L Lightning.

It's good kit but some additional work is necessary if you want a fine one. For example, the bazooka tubes are a completely scratch built.

For my part, I rescribed all the panel lines and I fitted with a new propeller and rear wheel (Contact Resine).

There are just three decals on this kit : victories marks and the dragons on rear wheels..... and the rest is painted with Tamiya Acrylic Paint or Gunze.

Paint mixes are:

• Olive Drab : Tamiya XF-62 with lot of mix (one with red XF-7, one with YZC XF-4, and one with blue XF-8)

• Neutral Grey: Tamiya XF-53

• Yellow Zinc Chromate: XF-4

• Interior Green: H58 Grunze
