Northrop- Grumman and Bell developed the MQ-8C Fire-x full scale unmanned system based on well known Bell 407 civil utility helicopter. It is intended for autonomous overwater re-supply of U.S. naval forces. It is not out of the projects scope to arm it with rockets for a battlefield.

Here is another ultimate model kit from Attack Squadron. Probably the only weak point is butt joint between fuselage and tail boom. An important advantage is that you do not need to build the cockpit interior. After glueing parts together, my job was to add small scratchbuilt  items, such as meshes, boom, cameras and other minor equipement. Decals are perfectly thin and good reacting. I have only one doubt, whether long resin rotor blades will not drop down in the future.

         Please enjoy as I did!
