Tamiya's 1/48 scale F-14A Tomcat is available online from Squadron

This is the new 1/48 Grumman F-14A Tomcat from Tamiya.

I modified the chin the pod with the TCS unit from my spares box and I used VF-14 Tophatters decals from Furball.

It painted with Gunze-Sangyo Creos Aqueous paints, Alclad for the exhausts and Hogwash from Alclad for the weathering wash.

This model will feature in a full build article in Model Airplane International magazine
