BarracudaCast has recently released a replacement set of 1/32 scale radios for the HK Models Lancaster. This upgrade will be suitable for the Wingnut Wings kits too.

This set includes the T1154 and R1155 radios that were typically fitted to a range of RAF bombers and other multi-place aircraft.

The main bodies are cast in one piece, and Barracuda has cast the large knobs as separate pieces, which will make painting easier.

Connectors are separate too.

Detail is excellent and casting is perfect.

Barrcuda has also included two small decal sheets for the stencil markings and the frequency display on the R1155 front face, plus instrument dials and checklist for the T1154. These are marked for the Mosquito but they are perfectly suitable for the Lancaster too.

Instructions are supplied on a full-colour sheet with very helpful reference photographs and diagrams accompanied by text tips and directions.

These radio sets will be the crowning touch for your 1/32 scale Lancaster cockpit.
