Advantages:

Lovely detail, Eduard’s usual clear instructions, suitable for a huge range of aircraft.

Disadvantages:

A small amount of flash on some of the lengths.

This is a quick review today. Eduard Brassin now produce a wonderfully detailed set of 1/48 scale 20mm Hispano ammo belts in grey resin.

 

 

The set gives you 4 lengths about 70mm long of the 20 mm belts. On a couple of the lengths there is a small amount of flash that can be quickly removed with a quick scrape of a scalpel or No 11 blade.

 

 

It’s just a matter of working out the length you need to put into the gun bay you want to detail, carefully cut and then detail paint them.

 

 

The list of aircraft using these belts is about 25 I can think of but I’m sure I have missed some.

 

 

Conclusion

 

This is a simple, highly detailed addition to anyone wanting to detail a wide range of 1/48 gun bays..
