Xtradecal has released a new decal sheet covering six colourful de Havilland Dragon Rapides and Dominies in civil colours.

These decals will be suitable for the Airfix and Heller 1/72 scale kits.

A nice selection of vibrant schemes are included featuring decidedly unmilitary whites, blues and reds with similarly colourful codes.

Details of the six aircraft are as follows:

• G-ADDD operated by the King’s Flight 1935.

• G-ADAL operated by Hillman’s Airways December 1934.

• G-ASKO operated by Mayflower Air Services 1964-65.

• HB-APA operated by Swissair Dubendorf (LSMD) Switzerland 1948.

• G-AHLF operated by Westland Aircraft Ltd 1958. OY-DIN operated by Det Danske Luftfartselskab A/S Rønne Denmark 1945.

Instructions for the decal sheet are in full colour across one folded double-sided A4 and one double-sided A5 sheet. Both side views plus upper and lower views are provided for all the schemes.

Colour notes are offered, along with model paint callouts for Xtracolor enamels and Xtracrylix acrylics.

As usual, the decals are beautifully printed and feature thin carrier film.

This new Xtradecal release will be ideal to add that unique finishing touch to your 1/72 scale de Havilland Dragon Rapide kits.
