FirstLook

This is a 65 x 35mm photo-etched fret designed to enhance the Weekend Edition of the extensive range of Eduard D.VIIs that have been released over the past two or three years, but I guess you could use it on the old Revell one should you wish.

There are 45 or so parts that either replace or enhance the kit parts, focussing on the cockpit and exterior control areas.

The cockpit gets belts, compass and instrument faces, a priming pump handle and controls on the side wall, while there area couple of bits to add to the top of the engine.

The guns get perforated barrel sleeves and cocking handles, and the rest of the parts go to provide all the control horns and wires for the wings and tail area.

The instructions occupy one and a half sides of an A4 sheet and make use fo a colour code to show the kit parts, areas to remove, replace or fill.

Conclusion

Certainly a useful set for those modellers who want to add that bit extra to their model.

Recommended.

Thanks to Eduard for the review sample.
