Advantages: A useful set of masks for those difficult areas for painting.

Designed for the Special Hobby kit this is set of masks in buff Kabuki-style tape for the wheels, cockpit exterior and the transparent nose panel on some variants. It comes in clear plastic sleeve with clear instructions for part placement.

As is usual with this style of mask, some in-filling with liquid masking compound such as Maskol is required. I cannot see why these could not be used on kits from other manufacturers, or whether it is possible to use the set more than once with careful removal.

Recommended for that neat painting finish.
