Coinciding with their A-4K Kahu conversion, Barracuda Studios has also released a pair of A-4 Skyhawk Aero 1D 300 Gallon Drop Tanks.

 

 

These will be suitable for a range of Skyhawk variants, not just the Post-Kahu upgrade. They should fit all Trumpeter and Hasegawa 1/32 scale Skyhawk kits.

Barracuda Studios' 1/32 Aero 1D 300 Gallon Drop Tanks comprise 20 parts in grey 3D printed resin.

 

 

The bodies are made up four parts each - nose cap, forward body, rear body and tail.

Detail is excellent and 3D printing quality is perfect.

12 small separate shackles are also included.

 

 

Cleanup and assembly look to be very straightforward, with positive locating sleeves to help ensure trouble-free construction.
