Here are two new Eduard releases for the Airfix 1/72 scale Hawker Tempest Mk.V kit.

Eduard offers a photo-etched set and masks:

73772 - Photo-Etch for Airfix Tempest Mk.V

This is Eduard's ZOOM photo-etched fret for the Airfix 1/72 scale Tempest Mk.V kit, comprising one pre-coloured and one brass frets.

The colour fret supplies parts mainly for the cockpit. This includes instrument panel, side consoles, harness straps, fuse panel, throttles and smaller details.

The brass fret comprises exterior and structural parts such as multi-part undercarriage doors, intake mesh, some additional cockpit detail including the pilot's foot skids and more.

CX627 - Eduard Mask for Airfix 1/72 Tempest Mk.V

These are die-cut, self-adhesive masks for the wheels and the outside of the Airfix 1/72 scale Tempest Mk.V canopy.

Instructions are provided.

These represent a fast and accurate solution for a time consuming and often disliked modelling task.

The photo-etched set will add an extra dimension of detail to the cockpit of your Airfix 1/72 scale Tempest Mk.V with minimum effort.

The masks are a precise and easy solution to an often unloved task.
