If you want different schemes for your new Kotare Spifire Mk.I or your older Tamiya, Revell (slightly backdated) or Hasegawa kits, then this new decal set will make your finished model stand out in the crowd. |
Fündekals has released a new 1/32 Spitfire Mk.I decal set in perfect time for the brand new Kotare Models kit, due for release this month.
The set supplies marking options for 16 Spitfire Mk.Is including variations on two of the subjects.
The package comprises two large 8" x 10" decal sheets with codes, serials, national markings and leading edge red "tape" for covering the machine gun ports.
An additional smaller decal sheet supplies full sets of early and late style stencils, plus some individual markings that did not manage to squeeze onto the two main sheets.
The decals are printed perfectly by Cartograf. They are glossy and in register.
All the options have RAF Dark Earth and Dark Green upper surfaces but the 16 schemes offer plenty of variety in different styles of roundel, code letters and lower surface colours.
Comprehensive instructions are supplied as a download from Fundekals' website. These are thoroughly researched and documented, with lavishly illustrated information on the colours, markings, pilots and operations of all the subjects. It's a good read all by itself!
This is a luxurious set of decals for your new 1/32 scale Kotare Spifire Mk.I or your older Tamiya, Revell (slightly backdated) or Hasegawa kits.
Highly Recommended.
