FirstLook

Hussar Productions' latest decal sheet covers three subjects for 1/48 scale Avro Lancasters.

These will be suitable for the HK Models and Tamiya kits.

The first subject is a B.Mk.I, HW-V2, attached to 100 Sqn RAF in April 1945. Codes are Dull Red.

Next up is a B.Mk.III "Spirit of Russia", CA-R attached to 189 Sqn in October 1944. Codes are Dull Red outlined in yellow, and the individual letter is repeated on the outside of each fin.

Finally we have another B.Mk.III, "Uncle Joe Again!", JO-U attached to 463 Australian Sqn in early 1945. Similar to the previous subject, codes are Dull Red outlined in yellow, and the individual letter is repeated on the outside of each fin.

All three aircraft are finished in standard Bomber Command heavy bomber finish of Dark Earth and Dark Green upper surfaces and Night below.

The 10" x 8" decal sheet is glossy and in perfect register. Colours look authentic. They are printed by Techmod.

Wing walk lines and tressle markings are included on the decal sheet too.

Conclusion

This decal sheet from Hussar Productions offers three high quality nose art options for your 1/48 scale Tamiya or HK Models Lancaster kits.
