This is the Tamiya 1/48 P-47D. These are great kits and go together very well. I used some Eduard Photoetch for seat belts, control panel and some interior details. I did a little wiring to create some interest in front of the control panel.

The bare metal finish is different shades of Alclad II. The colours are Tamiya Lacquers. I used a red that is just a little brighter than Insignia Red. Call it "Artistic License". I painted a little shading around some panels and panel lines with MRP Flat Black. The decals are Kits-World markings for 509th Fighter Squadron, 405th Fighter Group.
