Offset Scale Models is a recent company that has first turned its attention to figures in a variety of scales.
The first of these to cross my desk is Offset Scale Models' 1/32 scale WWII US Navy Pilot.
This figure is also available in 1/72 and 1/48 scales.
Offset Scale Models' WWII US Navy Pilot is made up from a single 3d printed resin part.
Printing quality is excellent with minimal striations present on the figure.
The printing frame is quite simple and I found it easy and fast to remove. The fine attachment points come into contact with the figure on the bottom of his shoes, fingers and a few places on the trousers.
The figure is dressed in a standard WWII US Navy flight suit including soft helmet, goggles and life vest.
This figure is versatile and may be used in any WWII US Navy vignette or as a standalone subject.
This is a well-detailed figure with very good detail.
Being presented as a single part and with minimal cleanup required, you can safely focus on an attractive paint job!
Highly recommended.
