1/32 Horten Ho 229 B (two-seater)

Attention, please!

This new release has been developed from the standard 1/32 Ho 229, with new studies and redesigns. It will allow you to recreate the unique all-wing aircraft in an even more advanced two-seat form.

We hope you will add this ‘Ho 229 B’ to your collection. It will surely stand out from the crowd.

The kit is to set to launch in summer 2025!

Instead of a prototype-like frame structure, which was exposed to the roar and tremor of the “Jumo 004” echoing from both sides, the two-seat version evolved into a bathtub shape like modern fighters, for the protection of the pilot and the increased complexity of armament and radar-related equipment for night combat.

The kit accurately recreates the night fighter “Ho 229 B Nachtjäger” with FuG 220 Liechtenstein radar antenna, which was installed on the He 219 and other aircraft for night spotting. While assembling, you can learn about the aircraft’s development process. This is one of the best parts of the SWS!

Key Elements

Based on the single-seat type kit, which was developed after thorough research on the actual aircraft, this is the first 1/32 scale model of the two-seat type, which was originally a blueprint!

• Full-colour instruction manual in both Japanese and English with detailed diagrams. You can learn about the actual aircraft during the build.

• Two types of decals with fictional markings based on the hypothetical ‘if it had existed’ are included.

• Canopy options for open or closed positions. Die-cut masking sheet included for paintwork.
