AC Models is the creation of New Zealand sculptor and modeller Andy Cairns. He offers a growing range of 1:35, 1:32 and 1:16 scale figures and sometimes accessories, with military and air crew subjects ranging from the First and Second World War, Korean War, third world and modern conclicts.

Sometimes quirky, but always full of character and life, AC Models figures will lend context, scale and a unique touch to your modelling projects.

AC Models' 1/32 scale Luftwaffe Pilots set comprises five figures plus an oval textured base. They all appear to be fighter pilots.

The figures are wearing mid to late war flight gear including three in fleece lined sheepskin jackets, two wearing woollen flying tunics, flying boots and flares, plus several styles of trousers including electrically heated Winter Flight Pants.

Two of the pilots are wearing officer's crush caps, one has a side cap, another wears an M43 woollen cap and the final figure is bare-headed.

One of the pilot seems to be holding a chart.

The figures are made up from a total of between two and four parts each. All heads are separate while some have one or two separate arms or hands.

AC Models has also included an irregular oval-shaped, textured resin base that will be big enough for the five figures plus accessories.

These five Luftwaffe mid to late-war fighter pilot figures will offer plenty of character to your mid to late-war scenes or as a vignette with the figures alone.
