1/48 Masking Sets
for Kotare's Bf 109 K-4

Art Scale Kit has been around for a few years now but their range of products is rapidly expanding.
Amongst these are their growing "Scale Mask" series. These are die-cut, self-adhesive masks on yellow "Kabulki" paper - a slightly flexible material that will allow enough flex to sit down into recesses or cope with curves, yet remains rigid enough to keep their shape.

Some of the releases are available as either One Sided or Double-Sided. Not surprisingly, single sided sets cover the outside of the canopy, while the Double-Sided sets provide masks for the inside as well as the outside of canopies.

It is nice to be given the choice.
Tonight I am reviewing two new canopy and wheel masking sets in 1/32 scale.
I am also reviewing one of ASK's handy foam wheel well masks.

The paper masks both feature individually numbered masks making it easy to keep track of where you are.

The foam wheel well masks are a fast and accurate way to paint your model.
Hands up everyone who loves cutting and applying canopy masks from tape. Anyone? Thought not! ASK's growing range of die-cut, self adhesive masks will be a fast and easy way to get accurately painted canopy frames and wheel hubs.
