Eduard has produced a new accessory for the Revell 1/32 scale Heinkel He 162 kit

3DL32049 - He 162 SPACE for Revell kit

This SPACE set comprises 3D printed decals for the instrument panel, placards, plus 3d printed harness straps with half-tone colouring. This looks really impressive. I definitely prefer the 3d printed harness straps for their natural drape and flexibility.

I have used SPACE sets on several of my projects and I have been very pleased with the results. The 3D printed decals look really good in real life - better than my much larger-than-life studio photos!

I found that the 3D decals barely needed to be wet at all before they would slide - or sometimes fall - off the backing sheet. I used Gator’s Grip acrylic glue to secure the 3D printed decals to the plastic kit parts.
