Decal Preview

1/48 scale

Portucalques has sent the following information and images about their new line of decals:
We are pleased to introduce a new line of decals, created in Portugal - Portucalques!
Our experience in researching and producing decal designs for model aircraft dates back nearly 40 years. Over the years, we have developed custom decals for various model kit manufacturers, from Hasegawa to Revell, and for many years, created and maintained decal lines for commercial aviation (Liveries Unlimited) and military subjects (fündekals).
Portucalques was created with the aim of applying this experience and knowledge to the history of Portuguese aviation, enabling Portuguese modelers—and all enthusiasts in this field—to build truly accurate models of these beautiful aircraft. The decals are the result of in-depth research, including subjects that have never before been documented in the world of model making. These are traditional water-slide decals, screen-printed in Italy by Cartograf SRL, widely recognized for producing the highest-quality decals in the world.

To keep prices as affordable as possible, the detailed instruction manuals that accompany each product are available for download in PDF format. Each set includes a leaflet with a QR code for this purpose. The instructions are presented in color, with illustrations showing multiple views of each aircraft, highlighting camouflage details and markings. They also include historical context and technical notes on the model and the real aircraft. They can be printed out or viewed directly on a device at your workbench, as you prefer.

Currently, our plans are only for subjects in the widely popular 1/48 scale, although future projects in other scales may be considered. We encourage you and your customers to communicate their wishes for future Portuguese subjects.
Portucalques products are available exclusively for wholesale sale to retailers in the model-making sector.
Thanks to Portucalques for the information and images
